Company is totally new, they don't have enough money to pay salary to their employees that's why they are opting hire & fire rule. if you not able to achieve 1 lakh Target you will not get a single penny. weather you have done how many sales, I've also worked one and half month, bht get the salary of 14 days only. done 6 sales in which 35,000 sales is also included but still they are not paying me salary......apart from that i never speak to any hr of the company , no one told me about the policy of the company, got everything in one offer letter in which lots of things are Missing and no one is there to tell you everything. emotionless company

Before joining Inzpira I completed their Certified Master Trainer Program and after that, through their platform I became a Freelance English Trainer. The program in comprehensive and meticulously designed, covering essential aspects of tutoring, from ELT and IELTS training to soft skills enhancement. The standout feature for me was the balance between theoretical knowledge and practical application. The paid practicum offered me firsthand experience in managing and engaging real students, preparing me for the real-world scenarios. The collaborative and friendly work environment has fostered a great sense of community among us trainers.

It was a great experience working with Inzpira. The best part is that there is zero differentiation or partiality when it comes to employee vs manager or Junior vs Senior. I thoroughly enjoyed working at Inzpira and the leadership team was inspiring.

A very good company that is student centric. The company is swift in taking actions to maintain their quality and as trainers we get to experience those initiatives because the amount of time they spent to train the trainers and maintain quality is much appreciated. Starting from behaving to students, being a good trainer all the way to mastering the modules are systematically done at Inzpira. My experience at Inzpira was so good. I got the opportunity to train over 2000 students and I don't think so if I had been teaching in a school or any other place I would have got the opportunity to train these many students.
