I like the work culture here, the colleagues are always there to help.

Dislikes

...and dedication don't get paid well. I believe they should improve this thing. Instead of asking candidates last CTC they should pay what candidate deserves, this motivates employees to give their best the company. This is not only for INZINT but every company out there.

I worked at Inzint for close to two years now. I enjoyed a great work life balance most of the time, with a handsome pay. Not to mention that I was sufficiently appraised for my work, and that motivated me at my work.

I wish it was mandatory work from office for everyone.

...ive real work AI/Ml exposure. Inzint has been instrumental in shaping my career. Starting pay is moderate which is fine to me as the opportunity provided makes up for it.

Training is intense. 6 days a week, with weekly assessments.

The most amazing thing is the work life balance and the culture here which is suppotive as well as productive nourishes us to improve ourselves and leverages in increasing our efficiency. Remote job helps to dedicate ourselves to the work. Technical trainers are so good at tg=heir domain and helps to increase our skill-set. HRs are also doing their level best to make the atmosphere enjoyable by oraganizing different activites and act as a bridge for the communication.

Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike about the company but scope of improvenment can be there in framing the policies for the employess like in terms of clarity etc.

The team at Inzint is higly supportive, and the mentorship programmes are superb. The company is onbaorinding AI & ML projects from left right & center. Remote work policy eansures great work-life balance.

Dislikes

The rapid pace of project delivery can be overwhelming for some, specially those who are new to the industry.
