Involvement in multiple projects simultaneously Sometimes it is changes in maintaining work-life balance; it depends on the team/client. We need more mid-level managers or technical team lead to manage products and teams.

1. Company try new things and innovation. 2. Learning by your own.

Dislikes

1. There are no seniors (From technical background) in the company, even company directors have no knowledge in domain and technical aspects. 2. Every thing you have to learn by your self either from google or youtube, no guidance. 3. Although they mention hybrid its totally WFO job, Every moment you will be watched by owners, micro management at its peak. 4. There are no projects in the company, totally driven on projects from their friends only. 5. Toxic environment with no hierarchy in team or work. 6. It doesn't matter weather you are a data scientist you have to do every thing cloud, data engineering, if any new buzz come then you are to grab that in couple of days and get going, which anyway vanishes your core skills. 7. No best practices are followed in any domain be it software engineering, data science, cloud, data engineering. 8. Company is facing mass resignation
