Other than colleague I don't think there is anything to like in this company.

Dislikes

While management draw hefty salaries and buy costly cars they are not able to pay their employees. I quit the company when they did not pay 2 months salary. And now they are not giving me experience letter and full-and-final settlement as well. They have destroyed so many careers. They keep their employees hostage by not providing anything literally.

I highly recommend that you talk to ex-employees before joining this company. There are many pending cases filed against Inviz by ex-employees, including myself because of harassment, non-payment of salary. They are running a scam where the founders take all the money and not even pay salaries.

...le of managing any money, getting funds & running a healthy environment. Period. They will state you a big salary & then struggle to pay you. They will surely deduct the taxes and leave you hanging to wait for Income tax notices and penalties. After leaving the company they will ignore your message when you ask for your FnF. A lot of people are still waiting for their dues for more than a year. No culture. No appreciation. No respect. No salary. Period. Only work. Overtime work.
