One should act as a puppet always to their seniors/management. There's a lot of management politics inside the company which doesn't allow an employee to grow professionally. People who are concerned about their carrier/Professional growth/financial growth don't ever join this company. Management doesn't give respect to their employees. Employees who do bucketing will get increment, which shows that there's no value for the hard work and honesty in that company. Nothing good to speak about the company as the company is run by many people who haven't even qualified their schooling. There's 24/7 365 days vacancy as people keep on quitting the company for what it is. People there are only to stalk on others personal matters and gossip it with others and do time pass. Aswell few people just use foul languages in front of female employees which shows common sense is rare in the company.
