New TLs are not that good.. they pressure so much... constantly pushing so much.. although it's real estate does take time.. but they thing it's only one day job... not giving proper advise... only telling you can't do.. are you really want real estate as a job... so much question.. makes it's really tough to do work on time... always some one to pinch..

... trip on behalf of the company and every year R&R trip to Goa is also organised. If you do good work then your work is done on time and your salary also comes on time
