They will not give you Salary . Dhananjay (AD) Team - IC One will treat you like shit . He will say rubbish things about you but the truth is he himself does'nt know how to treat people . He cannot even speak a single sentence in English properly . They will tell you that if you are coming to office for salary then please don't come . They do not deliver there projects on time . We were told just to pitch customers in such a way that they agree to pay the EOI . When clients ask about the delivery date they just keep giving them false hopes . They don't give Weekly Offs to their staff . They ask you to work overtime without pay daily

You join this company and think waoooo I'm working with big company but after 1 month you think your salary will be come but after 2 month your salary will not come may be you will get your 1 month salary after 3 month and meri August ki salary aj bhi company ne nahi diiii

As a real estate salesperson here you got the as many projects you you want from various cities of India also abroad.

Dislikes

-All holidays is working in this company -When you want you resign from your position all your incentives and pending salary will be hold and also there is almost no chance they'll give you back. -After completing the month the salary will come in almost 40-45 days that means initially you have to work more than 2 month without getting any salary.

Good company for newcomers who wanted to make a career in real estate, it good training, mapping and all

Don't join only for salary it is terrible place. Don't give salary and commission on time rest company is good for learning

There is nothing you can like about this company as an employee. It is a trap.

Dislikes

1. They do not provide salary if you have not accomplished your sales quota not even single penny. 2. Working on holidays. No week off. 3. Poor management. 4. Directors politics for his own team. 5. They can fire you without notice. 6. Suppose your salary is 50000 per month and you haven't made any sale then they will be given 5k to 6k for kharcha and this is also cash not in account. 7. There is no timing of salary.
