Its in a class of its own, a challenging organisation in the stream in which they are working made it up to some where not fully i.e. professional, systematic and organised way of working which is very productive for the Industry .

Lack of attitude and approach which is yet to come / initiate in terms of transparency / salary modules/ Incentives slab clarity and their implementation etc. even there is no proper and fixed date for Salary, which is not good for an organisation like IC

...satisfied n this is the major reason delay salary is the biggest n only issue...I don't want any bonus any insurance any other employe benefits but yes expecting on time salary without doing any follow ups..rest it's awesome that's your I sent 10 yrs here..

Toxic Work Culture Incompetent HRs Unreliable Salary Payments Abusive Management Unfair Incentive Structure No Job Security False Promises - Everything is a verbal commitment, HR themselves will not support you once you are in the system Trapping employees - dont think that employees are working since long. Their incentives are not paid n because of that they have to be still in the system. They will not release incentives in 6 months and will try to suck your full productivity

You join this company and think waoooo I'm working with big company but after 1 month you think your salary will be come but after 2 month your salary will not come may be you will get your 1 month salary after 3 month and meri August ki salary aj bhi company ne nahi diiii

As a real estate salesperson here you got the as many projects you you want from various cities of India also abroad.

Dislikes

-All holidays is working in this company -When you want you resign from your position all your incentives and pending salary will be hold and also there is almost no chance they'll give you back. -After completing the month the salary will come in almost 40-45 days that means initially you have to work more than 2 month without getting any salary.
