If you want to learn something, there is ample opportunity. Overall culture was good untill management change.

Dislikes

...ll. It was good this 2 years ago, especially in GBS, but culture is downgrading. There a lot of pay disparity. No market correction provided for existing employees. On the contrary all cost saving is done by reducing incentives and facilities provided like no annual gifts. Not interested in retaining existing employees. Day by day flexibility is getting reduced, though when asked to HR, there are no such rigid policies. Paraniod leaders and management. No guidance or matrix on how accelerate further. It depends on just will of management and not on merits of employees.

1) Don’t get feel of working in Product / Client based firm, more over work environment on floor is like vendor support 2) Leadership only prefer one to one conversation, Open platforms absolutely doesn’t work. If anyone with open minded and believes in diverse thought then this firm not fit for them. 3) People are more interested in other’s personal life including leadership. 4) Need to work on holidays and also when are in planned leaves. Management never create backups for regular BAU. 5) Quite surprise that HRs openly confirm that there Management/ leadership backfire employees and it’s totally fine. 6) Zero transparency on business updates on time. 7) Downsizing as Majority of vertices are Outsourcing to fund admin I.e. Total investment operations and coming to Investment Management only system/ applications.

Payroll Policies are not friendly - Company won't credit salary to any Bank apart from HDFC (During the Citi Bank's pause in opening new accounts due to sale of its retail business to Axis Bank), HR Team and Payroll Team are too much egoistic, even the higher management at Hyderabad.

Do not trust in company documents . There is nothing important for policies. If your manager or director not likes you .one day your HR business partner will call you to put down the paper immediately. If not they will threaten you of service letter etc . No job security!!
