Nothing, horrible place to work. Teachers are equivalent to labours(even labour is better then an teacher, wrt to this place.)

...5(strict).(if not in time then half day is counted) No gadgeted holidays given. Salary can be deducted with many reasons(sandwitch holiday, if you do not obey any notice than salary of 1 month may be deducted) Teaching Load(min: 22 lectures a week)

Not a single policy in favour of employees Deposit the first month's salary to management or HR, You cant argue with top management both BB are worst person in Bareilly.

...been working here. Never join this university, it will give you mental sickness. Salary never comes in time, HR policies don't exist, leaves are not there. You will be treated as a slave. Owner is also a cheap character man.

Everything. I am scared, chancellor of this university never spare anyone who speak anything against him.

Students are disciplined due to fear of chancellor who is the mayor of the city also

...mplete Dictatorship. Chancellor who is a politician insults the faculty anytime. Low salary, no increments, salary deductions, no leave policy, no HR policy. People who are incompetent to get job anywhere else are working here.

Over all ambience was good. However , it was difficult to bring students under discipline because they are from rural back ground and more over I found nothing moves without permission of chancellar who owns the Univ and this makes progress slow. For example chancellar is very excellent man but one man cannot have a look on each and every thing

...dents There errors in curriculum also Staff work in a very tense environment If they become 5 minute late their salary of the day will be deducted or so and thus staff use to remain in fear
