They are fraud , they will keep your original documents (like marksheets,degree) will make you do a lot of work which is not part of your work , plz don't join this fraud university also the chancellor has a bad character for every female employee

Chancellor of this university is a TAANASHAH. You will feel like you are working with Kim Jong of N. Korea. Only local people who have no other choice to move on have been working here. Never join this university, it will give you mental sickness. Salary never comes in time, HR policies don't exist, leaves are not there. You will be treated as a slave. Owner is also a cheap character man.

Everything. I am scared, chancellor of this university never spare anyone who speak anything against him.

Only the infra and students of the region are good otherwise the place is full of bad practices.

The work culture of the company is terribly guided by a currupt, ill-mannered, characterless and insensitive leader. Everybody seems to be working there with some kind of helplessness and compulsion otherwise this place is highly infectious to make people sick and mad, resulting miserable end of their personal lives.

Very very poor, everybody is motivated or say compelled to stay in fear of the Chancellor. He trusts nobody not even the VC of the University to sign any approval, he intervenes in everything without any academic understanding.

I thoroughly enjoyed working with my coworker as a team that continues working for academic excellence. Invertis as a workplace is a very light-hearted atmosphere that encouraged me to go to work every day. It's It's been comforting to see Invertis meet the COVID-19 challenges with such creativity, heart, and kindness. It's easy tobe a leader when things are going well, but much tougher to lead when things are going badly. They are really very careful and composed as a unit to fight this battle. Frequent fumigations and sanitization are performed to ensure full safety. I as an employee feel completely safe here.
