I joined this company after more than 7 years of experience in agrochemical sales (product & contract manufacturing). Japanese and European multinationals have a high regard for Inventys. For research and for efficient safe manufacturing. Plants are modern and automated. Owners are highly professional engineers from IIT/ US. They expect high standards & high deliverables. Treat successful employees more generously than other companies I know. Worked in Inventys for more than 7 years

... bad There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

They are taking good measures to sanitize the area and people working over there. No salary is paid since last 5 months. And there is no appropriate answer from HR regarding when the salary of working months will be paid.

We get to consistently maintain and upgrade our skills and knowledge as proper KT happens during the training. It helps a lot when we go on the floor with prior training. My performance get enhance. Training quality is right up there, very good I would say. Company with the desired work culture and interesting people.

Dislikes

Long hours of work you might have to do some of the time. But salary compensate it at least in my case. I don’t know about the others

it takes place in an unbiased manner and on a timely basis. deserving are given good salary and hikes. individuals are approachable and there is open-door kind of culture. seniors are welcome to constructive discussions and ideas. we as colleagues help each other as far as possible. great place!

travelling to office is tiring due to heavy traffic
