Actually Inventure is very good organization and I know it's main owner Mr. Bhatt since my previous company while I were working in Libya. He was General Manager in our company that time in DSC Libya. I was quite impressed and very quickly accepted their offer but as it's an ownership type organization, it has lot of professionalism yet to develop which stops the employees career growth.

Dislikes

A lots of uneducated personnel are operating it's middle or lower management which's a very embarrassing thing for any of working professionals. It might get changed, the atmosphere would automatically get workable.
