The CFO has no idea about F but he is Biggest F of Organisations. HR never pick the call . Salary always getting delayed . Good for the beginners, can work end to end on products. People were nice here. Flexible working hours. The company environment isn't stressful at all.

Dislikes

Salary increment is not upto market standards. But ofcourse it depends, person to person, try to go ahead with a good number. Because you can expect low increment after an year.

No HR Policy it can change any time . No work environment, HR manager just like a rubber stamp all decision taken by CFO

Top level management don't know how talk to employee . CFO treats employee like labour

The managers are straightforward and tell you what needs to be done. The communication is fast and direct. Its a small company so its easy to talk to anyone.

The public washroom is uncomfortable. But there are multiple private washrooms, so its manageable.

Poor management, senior management team is worst , location is pathetic, no work-life balance, 12 hours alone night shift with no incentives, no free cabs or food even for the night shift guy
