There is also a bond, so if you quit before 1 year, you have to pay back all of your salary They mention in offer letter for working 45 hrs a week but make you work for 55 hrs a week. Then after all that. they give you more work as 'you have a weekend now'. Training goes for a whole year. And it is of ZERO value. They literally make you sit in a classroom for 8 hrs straight with only a lunch break in between. The trainer doesn't care and would just play random video lectures in the class which are stupid and boring as hell. I mean what is the point of coming to office when you'd just show videos online. And whenever you ask him a doubt, he has no idea what to say, most of the times he would ask another student to explain the doubt. SAP in itself a dying field. Better to stay in SDE or dev roles which use JAVA, C++ as SAP is being used by very limited people so job oppurtunities in the company are very less. They use ABAP/HANA for programming which are skills that can't be transferred to other Computer Science domains. So bascially no one would caare about your ABAP skills outside of SAP consultant companies. And SAP consulting companies are very less in number compared to Product based companies. Also, if your goal is to crack MAANG then forget it as they don't even hire SAP devs. ALso, they'd call you to office everyday but they'll work from home. So all the meetings are online anyways. ANd lectures for traning are also online in form of video lectures, THEN WHY THE HELL WOULD YOU CALL US TO OFFICE? Answer - Just to lock us in a cage and torture us for 8 hours straight. I have lost 2 kgs since joining here. Don't get time to have a proper meal except for my dinner. Living far away from my home. And my mental health is at all time low. They don't even allow casual leaves so i can't even visit my family. Only sick leaves allowed and that is also only 1 per month. Tl:dr - Joining this company is a carer suicide and would also make your mental health worse.

...t by the seniors. They tends you to put resignation so there is no Job Security. When the appraisal time comes they just tells your mistakes to avoid salary hikes by giving unnecessary reasons. Better avoid this company and join somewhere good.

I didn't like anything about InvenioLsi. I have seen many politics in the company also the work environment is not good in the company.

Office politics, work environment, work pressure, Managers are also involved in employees layoffs.

Third class company, No knowledge provided, No appraisal, No work life balance, Employee are leaving due to migraine condition caused by this company, Sudden layoffs... And list continues..

You learn lot of new things while working. Almost everyone got chance to work on implementation projects. Working is flexible.

Dislikes

Some people are so toxic. I have experienced Politics and it made my mind to switch. If you don't have any godfather here you have tough survival. I have personally experienced nepotism here. Management don't care about your personal growth. In InvenioLSI people get onsite chances easily, but either you earn or you learn while working here. Those who perform well get more and more work and those who chill get less work but salaries are same.
