If there’s anything I’m always looking for, it would be additional chances to grow my skills and take on new challenges that allow me to contribute even more to the team and the company.

There is no such things to appreciate, after 3 completing 3months of resignation also they don't make final settlement. Don't fall to their trap and join here

Open work culture and opportunity to growth being the org structure is pretty flat. A good environment to become leader and interact with customer if someone is interested and demonstrate such potential.

Organization is focused to grow the business thereby employee needs to take initiative for improving their skill if they would like to do so.

I dont't like this company I thought I am learning some thing new but nothing i leaned in that see I am genuinly giving this rating belive me whole management are selfish people includes HR. don't join this company.

I hate this becuse they are paying 72000 per month working time what they told it's totally different they push to work for 13 Hrs per day. huge torgets for company.
