Salary was delayed almost all months it came on 8 or 9 or 13 . No pf was deducted , no tds . Complete mess for employee to keep track of reimbursement and salary. Continuos monitoring on CCTV of employee activities like in "big boss" , very toxic culture . Unprofessional hires full of doubts slow you down and cause you to become doubtful of your skills . Blame game is commonplace. Complete absense of strong vision , no proper guidance or direction given by higher management results in everyone running around like headless chicken and trying to put responsibility on other people and side stepping to avoid blame.

The work environment at INV is extremely supportive no matter which profile are you in. I have been working here for over over 6 months and have hardly had any trouble in seeking support from my seniors. Everyone is willing to help each other learn as achieving the organisation's goals remains the larger objective.
