I liked only company.

Company culture - Excellent

Dislikes

Everything apart from company. HR response was not good. Full prove scam. They hire people and don't pay salary on time. If that employee left job because of frustration then they won't pay you your remaining amount. They will hire new people. They are playing games with employees career. Every time they have fund issue. This is a scam nothing else. Join this company at your own risk. CAO Sujay Nair, is useless. Worst management I have ever seen. Lots of people are suffering because of this scam.

At the initial stage, I feel good about this company but with time, I am scared of the salary.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Salary is a serious concern here, for 2 and half months I did get any salary. Also, at the time of the interview, they will say that workload will be this and this but from 1 year workload is more than expectation.

Nothing. They are just a scam... BEWARE

Dislikes

Everything.....fake promises to students, faculties and associated University . Forget about salary you are lucky if you get it on time, tax, pf, deducted from the salary will not be deposited on time they will do it at the end, so you will loose your interest earnings in pf for the whole year.

... ready to provide any funds to inurture. Beware of their fake recruitment scams. These people will hire you with 30-40% hike and then pay nothing. Only good for jobless people.

...about working her. they dont have work ethics and dont respect their employee. Dont pay the salary properly. Actually they dont even pay the salary. HR ignores the call. They don’t responsibility for anything. You have to send mail and remind them 1000 times still they wont respond.

1. They dont have hood management. 2. Salary wont give. 3. Dont have work ethics. 4. Employee are not qualified with their work. 5. They are still hiring when they dont have money to pay the existing employees.
