SALARY never came on time and nobodies knows when they disbursed. HR never replies on mails. No diwali gifts, no travel claim. always make FALSE Promises

Bad Avoid working under sujay nair. at inurture, he active as CAO. All the works of SME and Academic head, he's selling outside as an academic advisor for lump amounts (personal use). Technically he knows nothing, And outdated guy!

He behaves like abroad royal king, not aware of any happenings inside. Just a local drunkard guy always in Western bars of bangalore and mumbai. Sujay way of responds, " Salary issues is for all, why are you questioning! Otherwise pack your bags" You're cheap sujay and shradha... If he smiles, we needs take it as casual talks and smile too. If he shouts, we need to quiet. Sujay is just a bad example and psycho. he do shout or demean your entire personality, family and birth of he/she infront of all, and you won't get any job once you stepped out of this office. Next your career and personal life is question mark. GOD BLESS YOU DEAR ! You may seems Dr.sujay, high profile CEO. shit!

Everything apart from company. HR response was not good. Full prove scam. They hire people and don't pay salary on time. If that employee left job because of frustration then they won't pay you your remaining amount. They will hire new people. They are playing games with employees career. Every time they have fund issue. This is a scam nothing else. Join this company at your own risk. CAO Sujay Nair, is useless. Worst management I have ever seen. Lots of people are suffering because of this scam.

No one is responsible ( from HR to higher officials) No salary and still you gotta work for the company Mr. Sujay nair the CPO bullys every employee. Every Monday you will have the meeting with him and it will be no use for the management. You just have to listen to all the bullies and you will be harassed verbally We got politicians inside the company No appraisal and they don't even give you laptop for 4-5 months of joining and then they will blame you for the productivity No management is good and they are not responsible and they won't respond to any of your queries or complaints They haven't paid the employees 5+ months salary yet even after resignation. No EPF will be given. Have to go through harrasment, stress, threats etc People who resigned years back haven't received their pending salaries and fnf with EPF yet. They do layoff(reconstruction of the department) when they have no fund to pay the employees. Be aware of the probation scam. They keep extending this even if you work hard. You won't have any point of contact to get an update on any queries and salaries
