Likes

Good for fresher, but for experience not satisfactory. Very low salary.

Dislikes

Work life is not balanced . You may have to work till 2 AM in night because of production deployment. I worked as a software engineer.

There is No- Good in the company.

Dislikes

The work culture is toxic and outdated. Colleagues lack any understanding of professional etiquette , blindly calling higher up’s Sir,,as it’s a rigid hierarchy from another era.there is no respect for individuality. Managers completely ignore low level employees like low level job holders. Treating them as invisible and unimportant.promotions and recognition are entirely biased, based on favoritism rather than merit. There is no professional development.it’s a highly demotivating and suffocating place to work. How can employees to improve with their Old laptops and old software’s. They don’t even use the excel, they are using Library office which is free of cost in the market. IT Team worst.
