The worst company ever , salary willget delay every month after 9 u will get salary but at joining they will tell 1 to 3 it will come, No job security is there they will fine on same day by giving reason income not there , they will take personal revenge too much , dnt trust on this company , hire and fire company

1.They don't have capable to give medium/high Salary 2.Sr Project Manager Prasad, he kicked off from Reliance, Still he don't feel guilty. 3.All Sr People very rude, ruthless, very irritating attitude. 4.They don't give accommodation Reimbursement money, Beware 5 All Congress kind of people in Sr level, like vampires 6 force u 2 work on Saturday's

Good for fresher, but for experience not satisfactory. Very low salary.

Work life is not balanced . You may have to work till 2 AM in night because of production deployment. I worked as a software engineer.

... managers are very co-operative. They have celebrations at the corporate office. Salary is on time. Harish Sir and Arun Sir are the best.

Working at client side leads to less work life balance. YOu have to work on Saturdays even if there is no work load.

The work culture is toxic and outdated. Colleagues lack any understanding of professional etiquette , blindly calling higher up’s Sir,,as it’s a rigid hierarchy from another era.there is no respect for individuality. Managers completely ignore low level employees like low level job holders. Treating them as invisible and unimportant.promotions and recognition are entirely biased, based on favoritism rather than merit. There is no professional development.it’s a highly demotivating and suffocating place to work. How can employees to improve with their Old laptops and old software’s. They don’t even use the excel, they are using Library office which is free of cost in the market. IT Team worst.
