Terrible to Work here, mid level professionals is missing entire org, you can find practice lead, Architects, PMOs every where then only interns/engineers people with less than 1 yr experience. In the name of evaluation they will irritate the interns by having 2-3 till max 5 rounds. If Interns are good relationship(all relationship) they will made permanent with small interviews. It is Practice Leader oriented company especially Bhavesh who treats employees as their maids/servants. Put Bhavesh in some break where he needs a mental attention. Purely a marketing company in LinkedIn, ex. they hired cloud Evangelist recently because she has more followers in LinkedIn and then she represents in AWS summits and updating holi photos in LinkedIn, instead of bringing in new customers and bringing value adding employees by conducting webinars/best industry trainings, but she does monitoring of interns evaluation exam without understanding use of Github.. IF YOU TREAT YOUR EMPLOYEES GOOD THEY WILL GIVE 200% WHICH BRINGS NEW OPPORTUNITY INSTEAD OF HAVING PEOPLE LIKE CLOUD EVANGELIST PAYING SO MUCH ONLY FOR LINKEDIN MARKETING.
