Terrible to Work here, mid level professionals is missing entire org, you can find practice lead, Architects, PMOs every where then only interns/engineers people with less than 1 yr experience. In the name of evaluation they will irritate the interns by having 2-3 till max 5 rounds. If Interns are good relationship(all relationship) they will made permanent with small interviews. It is Practice Leader oriented company especially Bhavesh who treats employees as their maids/servants. Put Bhavesh in some break where he needs a mental attention. Purely a marketing company in LinkedIn, ex. they hired cloud Evangelist recently because she has more followers in LinkedIn and then she represents in AWS summits and updating holi photos in LinkedIn, instead of bringing in new customers and bringing value adding employees by conducting webinars/best industry trainings, but she does monitoring of interns evaluation exam without understanding use of Github.. IF YOU TREAT YOUR EMPLOYEES GOOD THEY WILL GIVE 200% WHICH BRINGS NEW OPPORTUNITY INSTEAD OF HAVING PEOPLE LIKE CLOUD EVANGELIST PAYING SO MUCH ONLY FOR LINKEDIN MARKETING.

Mostly all r dislikes 1. Salary Date after 6th. 2. More Practice leaders and Architects only they know how to assign the work without hands-on experience. 3. Most Practice leaders belongs to their community so lot of politics( Ex. Field CTO -- hires lot of his community people without proper knowledge). This Company cant add disclaimer for community based hiring. 4. I personally worked with barath ari he treats like slave, we are here to work not to be slave to others 5. please give some softskills training to practice leaders and architects, PMOs how to treat employees with basic humanity

salary comes at 7th of month, worst company have ever worked with. More worst for technical team members, they are being treated as sl@ves. have to work in est and ist as well. no appraisal no motivation and in return have to listen necessary things. Worst Mgr. Bhavesh Shah, Mir Ali from technical team and Worst PMO mgrs: Swapnil Badkur, Anshul Gupta and Mohammed Yakhoob. Mir Ali is CTO not worthy of, is simply hiring majority from his community. CEO Jay Modh directs in calls how to remove resources, So this is very unsafe place to work with. Your health will get affected due to nature of work and micro mgmt.

Job Security: Intuitive cloud appears to lack reliability when it comes to job security. Despite dedicating time and effort to a two-month project, I was abruptly terminated on the very day the project concluded. Such practices reflect a lack of commitment to their employees and can create an unpredictable, unsettling work environment. Advice for job Seekers : If you are considering a position at intutive cloud due to a lack of other optios, this may work as a temporary solution. However, I strongly suggest continuing to search for more stable, supportive employers where your contributions will be valued, and your job security is a priority.
