Fires or hires people without any proper clarity 5. No processes 6. No proper strategic direction 7. Little to no motivation to a point where people are now trying to leave

Leadership is directionless. No processes put in place. Everybody tries to dump responsibility on somebody else. No accountability in the company. Hikes are not as per performance, hard work goes unnoticed. Most clients are unhappy. They don't hire Engineers but expect you to complete tasks and generate revenue.

The organization has a flat hierarchy and the entire leadership team is fairly approachable whenever needed.

What can get better - Guiding and directing employees towards a better personal and professional growth.

The people around are very supportive and will help you at kind of problem whether it is your job or in personal.

I have done my internship for about 6 months the only I felt is like organizing the company like some doodles, paintings around.
