Full authority to handle the tasks, team members are supportive, work culture has improved recently. Team activities gets conducted. Few people has exceptional knowledge in automotive networking field, who can provide good guidance.

*This is specific to India Office* No or poor technical trainings, work pressure is high, salary structure is not standard (what you expect from MNC), no medical policies/EPF, leaves are less (only 10 in a year), Offer letter has so many clauses with 9 months of probation.

Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible
