The prevalence of favoritism and the practice of sycophantic behaviour made the work environment even more disheartening. There was no work life balance and even on national holidays we used to work which left us with no personal time. I would advise whosoever is even thinking to join this company, DON'T and should take a step back in their thoughts and go anywhere but here.
