Nothing likable about this company, they make false promises and when leaving the company they wont give the relieving letters and even after serving 3 months of notice period they take money to give relieving letter. Very Unethical work place, no culture.

Dislikes

They make false / fake promises and act like they care for you but after joining the company they will abuse the employees and make them pay money even after serving notice period, no job security, no learning , no growth. simply they trust only one person in the whole company and what ever that fool says they follow. and working ours are horrible instead of 8 hours they make people work for 9 hours Monday to Saturday.

Manager will get the multiple choice question from MD and they have to answer either Yes or No. He don't want to listen a single word from others. If you want to spool your carrier join this company. If they need they will hire you. If they don't need they will say goodbye to you and you will be removed in on day. So no job security!

Someone will get trouble when getting happy exit from company after resignation to the last day of completion of notice period employee has to face work pressure. There is no guarantee of getting relieving letter even after completion of notice period after two years agreement fulfillment.

Owner is psychic and behaves rudely everyday everytime. He is absolute non sense personality. He is cheater and do cheat with clients and then starts blaming people working with him for no fault of theirs.

I learnt so much work and new skills, I can say strongly intonation changed my life. Precautions taken by management against covid19 is really great.

Dislikes

My personal opinion is lack of leadership and lack of ownership is the major problems here. Managers should take care of talented and hard worked employees, they should tell about those people to higher management.
