During my time as an HR Recruiter Intern at Intineri Infosol in Noida, I gained invaluable insights and hands-on experience that have been instrumental in shaping my career in recruitment. Working in the fast-paced environment of Intineri Infosol, I was constantly encouraged to step out of my comfort zone, allowing me to grow both professionally and personally. My responsibilities included sourcing potential candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
