During my time as an HR Recruiter Intern at Intineri Infosol in Noida, I gained invaluable insights and hands-on experience that have been instrumental in shaping my career in recruitment. Working in the fast-paced environment of Intineri Infosol, I was constantly encouraged to step out of my comfort zone, allowing me to grow both professionally and personally. Intineri Infosol provided me with a supportive team and a dynamic work culture, where I felt valued and respected as an intern. My responsibilities included sourcing potential candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate records. These tasks helped me develop a solid foundation in recruitment processes and improved my understanding of talent acquisition. I especially appreciated the trust the team placed in me by giving me significant responsibilities early on.
