...ment, one is not allowed to work remotely and complete remaining/required tasks. Don't like Gratuity and Health Insurance getting deducted from employee's salary. And, same is not mentioned in salary slip.

...d due to the presence of some less skilled and undeserving seniors and managers. The overall ratio of skilled employees has decreased drastically, and the salary increments are somewhat below market standards. Additionally, the internal programs can sometimes feel overwhelming. I believe the organization needs to be more flexible and polite, especially with freshers, to create a more supportive and nurturing environment.

... mental health wellness. manager and lead are also very supportive and friendly. every year team dinner with manger is very good, good salary perk and bonus as well.
