Dislikes

...a nutshell:- Don't provide proper documentation till you're working with them. Deduct salary based on their wish. They are unprofessional. Highly political. Highly verbal and unethical. Doesn't plan. Make people work late till morning. I details:- I kept working on the same project for my complete time and it never ended cause my manager kept dragging it till the end. I was given other projects but kept pulling me to one project. Never planned the project. When going through bad time i asked from work from home which was deducted from my salary after i worked for them which was 5 days and again my salary was deducted 5 days. I went above and beyond for this company i worked hard till morning when they needed to finish the project. Even when our part was done and we had dependency from other departments we standerd on standby for the company which we were never paid or accounted for. From a personal point of view i don't wish to ever work here again!

Intigate certainly is a good platform for learning. One learns here would always be grateful. Three of the directors are good, supportive and co-operative. They give one a chance to grow in terms of knowledge and skills. They offer on-site opportunities to good candidates.

Dislikes

... I believe, bcz they are a small organization, they dont have process to follow. Let it be project development methodology, salary date or a healthy work life balance. However, if one goes and tell them their problem, they understand the situation. Job insecurities is another concern as they don't follow any process. But, that is in the worst scenarios.
