Very wrost company to work with , Have no corporate culture, very bad behaviour of management, Finance team manager Anil Sharma is a diplomatic & disgusting person,He got arrested twice for his improper work. if you get job here in account & finance profile then for god shake do not join here, On morning you join and at afternoon you would be asked to leave the job.

staffs are not cooperative, Hr is very rude bargain with you for salary like a vegetable selller ,they will ruin your career,

No job security, culture like you are working in a Lala's Shop. When there sales increase they start hiring employees, and when it start little decrease, cmd comes in the morning and start saying that i don't need employees, start laying off.

BAD things - Work life balance is non-existent, Salary is too low and way below industry standards, Bosses are Unprofessional and can be classified as Uneducated, HR does not know how to do their job, 6 days working, They fire people after low sales in any month to balance their P&L, Unethical Job practices, SXUAL Harassment cases are rampant against the ones in power, Exploitation and curry favours are the Norm, Women are given money/higher salary/higher position to shut their mouth against SXUAL harassment

Terrible management 14-16 hours duty No weekly off Even in corona period this company didn't give any salary to employees. No job security. Very bad management. Only chamcha's salary increment. Pls dont join this type of company.

One of the poorest firm. They wants us to work 24/7. Hr policies are good. But as a whole go join intex learn new things den switch it as intex believe in cost cutting. No team work, bad language, poor dead management peoples.
