1. Office Infra 2. Freshers are expected to work on weekends. 3. Too much internal politics. 4. No disciplined hierarchy.

The company is a startup and struggling to launch its own product as the people who are creating it are not serious about work. The company is not good for freshers or experienced ones as you will face the hierarchy issue there if you are fresher, and you will face company politics if you are an experienced person. You will find yourself doing such things that you were not hired for so please be careful before joining. Overall you will get frustrated by their culture and the wording of people.
