...to take interview of 10 year experienced candidate ,We supported them but now Pay grade of all of interviewers reduced 32% They employed some matric pass people who audits interviews and deduct out full pay for many interviews for no proper reason

1. They pay salary after 60 days from the interview 2. They deducted payout 20 percent 2 times total of 40 percent 3. They are not even happy with that they deduct half of our salary on random audits

Everything specially the work culture is pathetic. You just ask them the salary or incentive or appraisal which they promised you. They will throw you out of the job quoting the reason that you are culturally unfit. Very ironical for them.

They always force you to post good ratings about the company.If you don't give a good rating, they will fire you.Secondly,only those who flirt with the manager can survive; otherwise,you will be fired from the operations team. In the operatin team,the manager has no proper degree and started his career in this company.After two years,suddenly he became a manager by laying off everyone,forcing one employee to handle four to five multitasking roles. Don't go there;you won't be safe(women).

Permanent work from home is best thing of the company and founding members are also interactive

There is no work-life balance you have to work for 12 hrs a day and 6 days a week but you will not get any single benifit for that, as an employee we expect a reward for extra work but here you will get only work.
