On time salary (last day of month) Working environment with colleagues This two things force me to give 2 star rating

Head HR changes within every 1-2 years. Every HR changes policies to maximize the benifits to company not for employees. Addition of Whole department's employees salary is equal to directors salary. Still director are secretly getting increment every year. However staff can get max 10% hike after every 3 years. From last 6 years my salary is raised by only 6k. Same is for all employees. Higher management is not interested to take care about staff. They simply said in the meeting that if u are not getting increment from last 3 years .why r u working here? Just leave and join wherever you got chance. No canteen facilities. Lunch/ tea /BF comes from outside. Breakfast and lunch is on pay basis. No facility of cofee/milk. Tea will be served on your desk to utilise work time. For service engineers per day 350rs are provided as site allowance for lunch+dinner+breakfast . Don't provide joining kit /safety shoes. Bus is available but on to pay basis 2k per month for Katraj and nigadi route.

1) 15 PL LEAVES YOU NEED TO TAKE IN ONLY 2 SLOTS. 2) CHAPATI IN MESS IS MESS 3) SALARY INCRIMENT IS LITTLE LESS AS COMPARE TO OTHER COMTETIVES. 4) TOP MANAGEMENT IS #CHINGUSS TO UPGRADE SYSTEM. ALL PC WOKS ON VERY OUTDATED VERSIONS OF PROCESSOR & RAM.

It's a owner based company. Lot of improvements are required to bring the company to MNC level

... are not in line with employees needs and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is less and career growth is decent.

Good infrastructure, lot of orders and new developments created interest in working

... dislike, only if more freedom provided to right people they can perform better. Also salary growth is very slow.

Actually I have very bad experience because most of people are connected with consultancy they want something from employees because from my experience they give me offer if you want job then you give 1600 rupees

Most of Hr are fraud and salary offered very less
