Management and company policies are poor and not clear.

Management doesn't address our issues. Salary not decent, company deducted almost 50% ctc which is claim to clients on your behalf. Pf also deducted from your ctc. Company fully depend on third party service like pf, salary & tax management, food and accommodation, so lots of issues are arises and not addressed by management.

I enjoy the collaborative environment in my workplace. Working with talented and supportive colleagues not only boosts productivity but also makes each day enjoyable.

Salary for a fresher is good in here.

Dislikes

The one who do the works has to continue it for the eternity. The those who don't, never have to. Increment for couple of years hard work was only 98.0 aed. Never heard an appreciation from the manager.

...loyer if you were taken wrong decision like have release wrong report to client. Management is good in only good work and when you are doing work hard but if you asked to appraise or ask to hike salary then they became worst employer in the world they behave like that enemy and do the bad things against to the employee, they never increments the employee, their normal increment is 0.5 percent to 1 % yearly even then they torcher the employee day by day by doing a lot of work and never appreciate the right people in organisation, nepotism is on peak

...and straight forward employee to harras Company do increment for employees 0, 0.5,1, 2% this is the only number which get the employee in hike salary annualy, sometimes no any increment also get, only changes year 2022 to 2023 in increment letter

...the accomodating working hours, which help to maintain a good work-life balance. The salary is also fairly average which meets the basic expectation.

There are several aspects that could be improved .The work culture is impacted by office politics, a lack of teamwork, and colleague who do not always contribute positively to a collaborative environment, Additionally, recognition for efforts is often lacking , and there is a noticeable preference for authority-driven leadership rather than true mentorship and guidance. These factors make it challenging to feel fully engaged and motivated in the workplace
