the best thing is that the give salary on time. Even before completion of the month i.e. 28th of every month

Management and company policies are poor and not clear.

Management doesn't address our issues. Salary not decent, company deducted almost 50% ctc which is claim to clients on your behalf. Pf also deducted from your ctc. Company fully depend on third party service like pf, salary & tax management, food and accommodation, so lots of issues are arises and not addressed by management.

...ure. Teammates are supportive and the management is not completely transparent . Company policies are average and thay give fair salary hike and bonus every year.

Good company to work and gaining experience like clinet whether you are conodinater or engineer, on time salary and overtime is also beneficial also you get medical health insurance for your family free.
