Teammates are supportive. Good place to work. Cafeteria was good.

There are lots of politics. Career growth is slow and salary is not sufficient. All Sundays were working days. Everyday I have extended for 2 hours beyond working hours

Intertek very good atmosphere . Policies good for employees

Before intertek provided lunch 60 % employer pay 40 % employee but now end this benifit, before intertek was giving Saturday off but now end .

Too much internal politics, favorism, no job security, false promises by seniors officials. Overall not a healthy environment for work. If anyone want to die early age kindly join Intertek India.

...loyer if you were taken wrong decision like have release wrong report to client. Management is good in only good work and when you are doing work hard but if you asked to appraise or ask to hike salary then they became worst employer in the world they behave like that enemy and do the bad things against to the employee, they never increments the employee, their normal increment is 0.5 percent to 1 % yearly even then they torcher the employee day by day by doing a lot of work and never appreciate the right people in organisation, nepotism is on peak

...and straight forward employee to harras Company do increment for employees 0, 0.5,1, 2% this is the only number which get the employee in hike salary annualy, sometimes no any increment also get, only changes year 2022 to 2023 in increment letter
