The compensation was ok and basic, but we get all full benefits if we work full time.

The management, the people, were TOO PROUD, TOO ARROGANT, to admit their mistakes and immediately BLAME them all on us! When we were already pressured, and terribly stressed from their harassment, they will NEVER own their fault and avoid it as much as they can!

Management and company policies are poor and not clear.

Management doesn't address our issues. Salary not decent, company deducted almost 50% ctc which is claim to clients on your behalf. Pf also deducted from your ctc. Company fully depend on third party service like pf, salary & tax management, food and accommodation, so lots of issues are arises and not addressed by management.

...ifference in CTC and Take home. In all company they only pay bonus, incentives. But this management giving bonus to us by debiting our salary every month,which includes in our CTC. Allowances will be paid by very delayingly they not pay in salary but they pay separately after 15days of salary credit and totally waste to join. Salary expectations are also too poor.

Actually, it's a very good MNC and I have learned lot of things from this company and noticed that my skills had developed as well. This company helps to gave me the first job experience when I was in fresher graduate.

Too much internal politics, favorism, no job security, false promises by seniors officials. Overall not a healthy environment for work. If anyone want to die early age kindly join Intertek India.
