Management and company policies are poor and not clear.
Dislikes
Management doesn't address our issues. Salary not decent, company deducted almost 50% ctc which is claim to clients on your behalf. Pf also deducted from your ctc. Company fully depend on third party service like pf, salary & tax management, food and accommodation, so lots of issues are arises and not addressed by management.
...ifference in CTC and Take home.
In all company they only pay bonus, incentives. But this management giving bonus to us by debiting our salary every month,which includes in our CTC. Allowances will be paid by very delayingly they not pay in salary but they pay separately after 15days of salary credit and totally waste to join. Salary expectations are also too poor.

They don't response proper for our needs,especially project manager🙏
No meet any support to employees from company.. only lecture and did not provided detection temperature machine,quarntine room for new or holiday passed person joined to guest house,hygienic material, Company vehicles while always we , employees begger like please given these facilities so that we protective and take food from market but did not done any thing....
All Employees doing works in difficult time finished without company supporting.
...r overnight works also did not given any appraisal or banefit to employees....
Always salary credited with deduction and employees PF deduction both from employees CTC .
As a quality engineer have to give your 100% but after 100% managers will not satisfy, your small mistake can be a big issue, have to kill your personal life

Every fastival in office only for office member.......they even not invite to qe , because all qe always in inspection.
They should keep at least one program for qe
