Salary is on time paid.

Salary increments were not aligned with industry standards. Unprofessional behavior from senior management, especially post-project completion. Lack of transparency and fairness in reimbursing site visit expenses. Overall support and appreciation for employees felt lacking. While the company offered some initial learning opportunities, the lack of growth, fair treatment, and professionalism made it a challenging workplace in the long term.

the best thing is that the give salary on time. Even before completion of the month i.e. 28th of every month

Salary offered was not good. They took around more than three months for full and final settlement.

Management and company policies are poor and not clear.

Management doesn't address our issues. Salary not decent, company deducted almost 50% ctc which is claim to clients on your behalf. Pf also deducted from your ctc. Company fully depend on third party service like pf, salary & tax management, food and accommodation, so lots of issues are arises and not addressed by management.

...ifference in CTC and Take home. In all company they only pay bonus, incentives. But this management giving bonus to us by debiting our salary every month,which includes in our CTC. Allowances will be paid by very delayingly they not pay in salary but they pay separately after 15days of salary credit and totally waste to join. Salary expectations are also too poor.

skill development and quality of work are very good , senior management are very careful for junior, this is very impressive.

please provide to civil measurement tools and also add petrolling cost with the salary. this is very essential for travelling of site
