Lots of micromanagement and unnecessary pressure on employees. Appraisal is a joke and there is no collaboration between teams. Work environment is terrible. Company is only bothered about numbers and no measures are taken to address employee concerns

The worst company i have ever worked in my 17 yrs of professional experience. They claimed to be a pvt ltd or limited liability company but they do actually work like baniya or general store shop. No management absolutely. Poor on everything. I didn’t seen any prons at all. Never join the company even if u are getting paid for 10x more than ur current company.
