Bad salary structure . Delayed appraisal process. they give appraisal after 16 months in that half part of appraisal is payed as bonus which comes once in next 6 months . terrible process. also hike given is very less.

Everything except salary. Management doesn't know their duty. No job security. Any day they can call you & ask you to resign because they do not have budget. HR are so rude they will not even let you ask any question about policy. Managers do micro management, They need details of every hour of your work. Worst company to join & build your career.

Never ever join this company job security level is zero you can receive notice of separation at anytime from company. They recruit people on a project basis once the project is gone all the employees are laid off. No back plan for employees future. If you want to risk your career or need temporary employment then it’s a good company for you.

Everything.No job security not at all.No professionalism.No chance for growth.They have very limited project and ur task will be like support task.U will forget ur all technically skills.U will get task I.e not realistic like u need to understand complete project without any documentation and person help.
