Salary, work environment are very good in this company depending on project. Only self-learning time can easily achieve. Work-life balance can be easily maintained.

I worked at this company. Initially means in 2016, this company was in better position in industry. In last few months, many people were resigned due to current job security. For freshers, it is a good company to learn, but experienced people should have to think about the joining here.

Monthly birthday bash. Corporate day out.

Management is very bad.No salary hike.Too much office politices are there.No project.Maximum time they can rated you 3 if there are no projects.Senior level is very bad. Higher management is very bad specially senior director and managers level.

They just have a huge office with parking space. That's all.

Dislikes

1) Salary Hikes 2) Favouritism 3) Not employee centric. Spend hours working and not even a decent courtesy to give the employees comp off or WFH the next day. 4) Nature of the project makes it difficult to come to office 5 days. 5) Cafeteria is a joke. 6) Rules are different for everyone. 7) Politics

Office infrastructure could be improved. More project opportunities would improve employee's confidence on the company and reduce attrition.
