... bottom level people like sh!t. Life gets disturb and you don't enjoy your work. Asks after hours for 15-30k salary making guys where market value of this job role is way more. Indian companies are better than such MNCs.

Likes

Good clients and good culture. You will get ample of opportunities to work with good teams onshore. No work pressure and micromanaging. You will get to work individually end to end on brands and seniors are helpful.

Dislikes

Once you get comfortable with the work it seems more repetitive. Some internal processes are not at all needed and are time consuming. Focus should be on quality of work rather than other internal things

1. They won't provide the NSA if you won't go office even though you are working in night shift from your home, 2. Job flexibility is less 3. No food and snacks facilities provided in the office.

The employee can have the liberty to show his/her creative side while working on any project. Mostly people are quuite encouraging.

Dislikes

If you believe in having a work life balance, then this place isn’t for you. The work never gets divided among the team, there is a strong sense if biasedness towards a few colleagues. Also, if you ask about the appraisal, it is quite bad.

Team appreciates seniors , workload for juniors and if some mistakes happened by junior it is given as a memo but if the mistake is done by a senior then it is resolved internally and no emails /memos required.
