Interocean shipping (I) Pvt LTD is very large company, but large company means big political tricks, job security and salary on time is only good thing in this company but all related question have only one answer Terrible. HR is the whorst part, appraisal is only made with slaps means if you join the company and you get appraisal of 1000/- the till your retirement you will only get 1000/- hike in 1.5 years ( yes no yearly increment) my experience in this company was good but only in case of salary on time remaining experience is poor.

All dislikes except salary on time. Interocean has 1000 employees providing PF facility to almost 990 employees but no PF for sister concern, I really surprised that how much company will save by not giving PF facility for 10 employees.

...ll. You will feel that you are looked after and not just a resource for company. I get my salary on time, and performance based bonus is a good token of appreciation.

...e great. I am a family man, and work-life balance is extremely important for me. Working here at interocean, I am able to give time to my family, and the yearly bonus is amazing.

Old fashioned working culture. Rude behaviour of some of the top executives. No work life balance. No periodic increments / bonus, however they will make you work like hell. Monotonous job. No technological advancements, still printing pages and filing them.

...good leader, and because of this, there is no toxicity among the team members. And one really important thing is the salary cycle, there are no delays in salary credit.
