Having a good manager at the workplace is a blessing, and I am lucky in this regard here at interocean. Actually, it's not just my manager, but the work culture is good overall. You will feel that you are looked after and not just a resource for company. I get my salary on time, and performance based bonus is a good token of appreciation.

There are many pros of working at Interocean. The management is excellent, the staff is good, the work-life balance is amazing, and honestly, I have not come across any cons of working here so far
