1. The offer mentioned a 17k salary, but it was actually based on performance, which wasn’t explained before. 2. The training period was unpaid, even though employees were expected to sell. 3. Employees were expected to work until 9 PM, even though office hours were from 11 AM to 8 PM. 4. No leads were provided, but employees were pressured to sell. If sales targets weren’t met, the training period would continue. 5. Managers asked to make false promises to students, like offering a 25k stipend. 6. Salaries were often delayed by more than 10 days, even though they were promised between the 5th and 7th. 7. Selling internships during training with targets wasn’t mentioned in the offer letter. 8. The workplace was stressful and unsupportive. Important details about the job were not shared before joining 9. Don't believe Amrithesh Sairam HR Manager words during first day of training. He will say all negative reviews are fake but all the negative reviews are true. 10. Strict timings if you late more than 5 minutes to the office they will consider it has half day leave. 11. Even Sunday also will be working day.

...Amirthesh sairam he's the one talking too much without doing his work correctly. Employees not even getting their salary on time when we ask them about salary they told you'll get by this evening for sure but they won't. In offer letter they mention fake information,after getting into the work they change the whole salary system and also not provide the mentioned salary if we raise a question they simply said like your performance is not so good!!! The management doesn't even provide the proper leads but they need us to finish our target is it possible to work like this! Hr team will get off by sharp 8pm but when employees ask for permission they wont and also if we suffer from sick also they wont allow us to get leave or permission. The worst worst human i saw is Amirthesh sairam definitely he's gonna get regret!without knowing the reason many of us are terminated without getting salary!!!

...then they'll say as 12000 when you join the company but won't credit that too...then they'll be saying your performance is not soo good and won't credit salary on time..they will delay as they can. Most of us recieved salary Rs 3000 to 7000 only/-. If you are a fresher and thinking that you need to support your family or you need to have a growth in your career,then please don't even join.. You'll be demotivated if you join and clueless. They've made us to feel that all corporate are same.. At first they'll speak like friends once we have departed to teams they'll show their real face. Joining in this is Company is the worstest decision I've ever made in this life. Most of the students who enrolled didn't got their class and also if they need refund it can't be done.Even if students says they'll file a case the company would say if you can able to file then do.. they'll threaten the students.. so please don't join and ruin your career and students career too. The worst hr department can be seen here for sure!!!

Obtaining a salary slip is another struggle altogether. If you choose to resign, prepare yourself for a nightmare. They do not provide any settlement, clearance, or even basic communication like emails or replies. Forget about an experience letter—they won't bother giving you one.
