They are very supportive and the management is very transparent.its associated with ITC.Company policy is also good.good work environment and bonus every year.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive ( Only executive). Company policies very bad. Appraisal are poor And Manger people not supportive and liar.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics & the management doesn't addressed our issues. Salary is poor & career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to New nominees.

Company pilices,employee benefits are very good, very good discipline,job security we are getting bother due to civid 19, work environment very good, teammates are very supportive, management is transparent,good salary and bonus and every year hike compulsory.
