The company is innovative and ready to accept freshers and adopt latest technology. Job security is good and carrier growth is good for future reference. Work environment is also good and also work satisfaction with in the people working with the company.

Compensation is not so good , that is the backlog of growth. However the work pressure is very high,and have to work for at least 12-14 hours per day.

It is the place you can grow your self with bunch of opportunities. But thing is you have to prove yourself you are the capable in the job role. You will get travel , salary/ appraisal and leave benefits as per policy. More than if your performance well in the role you will get appreciation from Comanay Chairman and MD. This is one of the place you have work life balance . The work environment is so positive. I'm in IT department and my teammates are very nice people ,friendly nature. We do our work as a team. Very Cooperative people I have in my team. Also we implemented few innovative ideas in our company.
