As being in a good park you get chance to meet different industries processing and producing good product, there are opportunities to meet GMs/ plant heads/ projects heads to learn and see lot of processing activities. There are small and big units and all have few similar or different challenges to meet targets and excel. There are staff with different backgrounds in different units and get lot of chance to understand their wonderful abilities to handle and present issues at hand.

Dislikes

Being family business the issues of family are affecting the clients, low morale of staff, suppliers and managers. There is lot of uncertainties as business is totally dependent on finances from banks and clients,suppliers and service providers do not trust due non payment and long outstandings and do not provide services in time or refuse most of times to oblige. That causes delay and further loss to operations. There are environmental issues with local residents and villagers agitate most of time due air pollution from power plant, wastes water treatment/ sewage plant also needs lot of upgradation. No promotions, appraisal , training etc. for any staff ... most of staff join and leave at same scale.
