Nearby location, Equally frustrated good friends. Could have been the best but Almost 85% Good employees have left. I'll recommend to wait for another interview, switch to IT, study harder.

Okay/Good Increment only if you are literally the Best, Work hard, Overtime and all, orr Act like all of the above in front of HR/Admin(does the same) or steal Credit**(Overheard rumors) and in front of the MD. Work eventually will get boring since It's not what you expect.The Product is small scale.

The work is very good. There is no work stress .the company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I have the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable,highquality products and has a global client base

Salary increase is low. There are no facilities by company .

I am happy that I am working in international industrial Spring. I was the fresher when I had joined the firm. Work Environment is really very good. People's are cooperative. Lots of things I have Learned in this firm. While working with this firm I feel that my job is secure. This firm behave like a family.

Growth is slow due to which appraisal is not quite good. Training very hardly giving.

There is nothing to like about International Industrial Springs as I regret joining International Industrial Springs due to the bad and dirty politics in International Industrial Springs.

Work Culture is very very poor in International Industrial Springs, there are many seniors who think they are GOD of International Industrial Springs. Management is not taking decisions unless and until the matter is very very serious. Seniors here in International Industrial Springs make groups and they do Politics like harassing the New Joiners. Senior Employees never teach Junior employees and always do back bitching. As well as the we don't get proper training in International Industrial Springs, first HR will promise about the training but there is no sign of training in International Industrial Springs. They also do a scam in Payments.

Management is Helpful, but No Job Security if you have worked years and years. By Listening to someone management can kick you as management depends on some Non Sense People.

HR Manager is Worst, she thinks that she is Lord and dependent on other. She doesn't do any work self. 99% of Staff and Workers are Not Happy with her. HR should solve the Problem of Workers with the help of Management, but in IIS HR creates Problem for Workers and a Clean Chit for Management. There are some Idiots, if they will out of IIS, then IIS can grow quickly.
